Mother Meditation

A meditation that heals the relationship between you and your mother. You will be helped by guides to let go of the negative influences that the relationship with your mother has created, and you will be helped to feel an underlying good connection between you, without all the feelings and beliefs that have filled your relationship in a negative way.

You are empowered to feel yourself, be connected to yourself, and stand by yourself.

(This meditation may need to be taken several times – you can only let go of what you/your system is prepared for).
