This is a guide in downloading audio files
We always recommend that you familiarize yourself with the instructions from the manufacturer of your device.
How to receive your audio file
When you have purchased a meditation (audio file), you will receive an e-mail with a download link to your audio file.
Please note that the audio file can ONLY be downloaded twice, so it is important that you familiarize yourself with how to download/save your audio file.
We ALWAYS recommend that you download your audio files to your computer first.
Help downloading your meditation audio file
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with how it works on your mobile, tablet, PC or MAC.
We ALWAYS recommend that you download to your computer first and then transfer the audio file to your mobile device.
Once you have downloaded the audio files, you can play them as many times as you like.
How to download your audio file to a computer (PC or MAC)
Your computer is pre-set for what to do when you click on the link and press download.
The computer may have default settings that it uses to download/save, and it may also be that you yourself have set up your computer to do something specific.
Often the computer is set up to open/play audio files directly.
On MAC, files often open in iTunes. When that happens, the audio file is automatically saved in your iTunes library and you can listen to it from here.
From here you can also transfer the audio files to your other Apple devices (mobile or tablet).
On PC (windows), after you have pressed download, a box opens with "save" or "Save as". Select "Save as" The fill name should appear automatically at the top. Then select where you want the file to be saved and press "save" ( If in doubt, save to "desktop")
Perhaps the sound file is opened in another program and played through it.
If this is the case, you must search for the audio file to be saved on your computer.
In some cases, your internet browser will open and the audio file will be played in it.
If this is the case, you must ensure that the audio file has been downloaded.
ATTENTION! – Once you have opened your audio file and it plays, DO NOT close the player/program again until you find out how to save or if the audio file is saved.
How to download the audio file directly to your Apple iPhone
Apple does not allow downloading directly to the iPhone.
BUT there is an option if you do NOT have a computer you can download the audio file on first.
Here's how you do it:
On your iPhone, press the link in your email.
1. Press DOWNLOAD NOW
PLEASE BE PATIENT - the audio file may start playing sound before you see the image below.
2. To save the audio file, press the icon at the bottom
3. Scroll down the page and find "Save to archive"
4. If necessary, create a folder for your audio files
5. Name the folder and press "OK"
6. Select the folder and press "Save"
7. Wait for the audio file to download completely before closing the browser.
(The small ring with the arrow must have completely finished downloading the file)
By pressing the ring, the downloaded sound file is displayed.
8. You will then find your audio files in your archives, where you can play them from.
9. How to find your archives.
Swipe down from the center of your screen, search for "archives" in the search field.
The Archive folder appears at the bottom of the page. Tap the folder and look for the folder you created for the audio files.
